You know the one thing better than playing video games all day? Is getting paid to play these same games all day. I bet you did not even have the slightest idea that this was even possible. Most people don’t at least. If they have heard about it, all they hear is that it is a scam. Now how could video game testing be a scam, if so many people are doing it? The main reason people think that becoming a video game tester is a scam is because the people that they signed up under told them that within the next two weeks they will be able to quit their job, and support their whole family. Then they don’t get their first job for a couple of weeks, and when they do they are making about 20 dollars an hour. Which is a lot of money, but they only get to work 4 or 5 hours of week. Do not sign up to be a video game tester unless you are going to keep working at it for at least 3 months If you come in with the mindset that if you are not rich in a month, you are going to quit. You will fail, and you will be making a blog about how you got scammed. That is surely not who you want to be.
Now the question is how do you become a video game tester. Well you need to sign up for a company that is going to find all of the video game companies and get a job for you. This could save you months of time. I mean you do not HAVE to sign up for a company, but if you don’t you will be emailing and calling dozens and dozens of companies.
